Usage telemetry in Robot Manager

Review the Usage telemetry landing page in the Analytics menu section in Pega Robot Manager™ to view statistics for a particular period regarding the number of robots and users using Automations. Access the Usage telemetry landing page in the Analytics section of the Robot Manager navigation pane, as shown in the following figure:

This information is useful when you want to compare accurate, up-to-date data on the usage of Automations with the allotment of resources displayed in the Available column, as determined by your organization. These statistics help an administrator identify an increase or decrease in automation usage. The Usage telemetry landing page displays statistics and bar charts that provide a daily, monthly, yearly, or 3-year summary of how many automations each user and robot used compared to the available resources.

The Usage telemetry landing page displays statistics that apply to:

• Attended users
• Unattended robots

On the Usage telemetry landing page, you can change the settings to view updated usage data for specific applications and periods. For example, the Last robotics data received message on the Usage telemetry landing page defaults to display the date and time of the most recently ingested Usage Telemetry data, as shown in the following figure:

To properly interpret usage telemetry statistics, it is important to understand the meaning of the various terms used in the statistics and charts on the landing page. Click the tooltip icon on the Usage telemetry landing page to review the definitions of the terms that apply to usage telemetry, as shown in the following figure:
