Scenario
GoGoRoad wants to enhance its roadside assistance services by ensuring customer satisfaction and service consistency across vendors. To accomplish this goal, the Project Manager wants to provide GoGoRoad auditors with access to Assistance Request Case information, but does not want them to have the same access to Case data and functionality as GoGoRoad CSRs and Managers.
The Lead System Architect (LSA) has tasked you with configuring a new Constellation Portal specifically designed for the Auditor Persona. In this Portal, auditors can view recent Assistance Request Cases and ensure service quality standards are met. For data integrity, it is important that auditors do not have the ability to open or edit Assistance Request, New Vendor, or Service Case Types. To evaluate Cases quickly, your LSA also wants you to configure a Work Metrics Dashboard page that displays the number of work items created daily and the average elapsed time for each Stage.

1 Create a Constellation Portal
Read the technical documentation provided to complete the assigned tasks. The technical documentation might have more information than you need.
Acceptance criteria
- The GoGoRoad application has an Auditor Persona. The Auditor Persona can only Run reports and View the audit history of the Assistance Request, New Vendor, and Service Case Types.
- The GoGoRoad application has a Channel called Auditor Portal that is built using the Work Portal. The Auditor Portal is configured to only be accessible by the Auditor Persona. The Channel header should be the Application name and the Channel name.
- The Auditor Portal has a Landing page called Assistance Request built from the List Page template. The Assistance Request Landing page uses the Assistance Request List Data Page and displays columns such as the Case ID, Create datetime, Create operator name, Work Status, and Service Type in table format. The Auditor should not be able to create any Case Types from the Create menu.
- The Auditor Portal includes Landing page called Work Metrics built from a Dashboard page template. The Work Metrics page displays two pre-configured Insights: Number of work items created daily and Average performance time by Stage.

- In the GoGoRoad application, configure an Auditor Persona using the details in the Acceptance criteria.

- In Auditor Portal Channel, configure a Landing page called Assistance Request using the details in the Acceptance criteria.
- In Auditor Portal Channel, configure a Landing page called Work Metrics using the details in the Acceptance criteria.
