Setting assignment type compliance

Setting compliance thresholds for assignment types provides Pega Robot Manager™ administrator notification of work that requires intervention.

Use the following steps to configure assignment type compliance in Pega Robot Manager:

1. In Pega Robot Manager, click the Robots tab to display Robots landing page.
2. Click the work group that contains the assignment type that you want to modify.
3. Click the assignment type.
4. On the right, in the Compliance panel, click the pencil icon to display the Edit Assignment type thresholds window.
   
5. In the Max capacity field, enter the optimum value of the number of assignments in the queue.
6. In the Max automation run time (seconds) field, enter the average value of time that the automation is expected to complete.
7. In the Estimated saving (currency from locale) field, enter the estimated monetary amount that performing one automation might save.
8. Click Save to save the configuration.
