Monitoring work groups and robots

As an administrator within Pega Robot Manager, you must know the tasks associated with monitoring work groups and robots. Knowledge of these tasks allows you to quickly access the information to make necessary changes to manage the workload. The Workgroups tab of the Robots page allows you to view the following items:

  • All existing work groups and the robots within them
  • Number of robots and assignment types in each work group
  • Work group issues that require monitoring and attention
  • Settings that require updates
  • Packages that are currently assigned to work groups

The Robots page also lets you monitor work groups and make any modifications without needing to go to other areas of the portal. You can click on a work group to open its page and access additional functions, controls, and performance metrics for that work group. Click the hotspots in the following image to view the actions of each Robot page section.
