Work Groups and Work Queues allow cross-functional teams of users to work from a shared pool of Assignments and improve Process efficiency.

After completing this module, you should be able to:

Identify the role of a Work Group in assigning and managing work.
Specify a Work Queue to assign and manage work for a Work Group.
Create Work Groups and Work Queues within a Pega application.
