Creating and managing teams of users

Work groups and work queues allow cross-functional teams of users to work from a shared pool of assignments and improve process efficiency.

After completing this module, you should be able to:

Identify the role of a work group in assigning and managing work.
Specify a work queue to assign and manage work for a work group.
Create work groups and work queues within a Pega application.
